Here is our next Land Rezoning Project. Leader Inv. & Cons. SRL will start this new project as soon as the necessary amount has been cumulated. This plot of 2.8 Ha is in the village Nuci, 4 km from the new Highway direction Brasov.

The plot is about 1km from the town hall of the village Nuci. The area is developing very much, because of the highway to be built. The price of EUR 10/sqm of agricultural land is below the market level. In such locations, behind the village, the prices are around EUR 12/sqm.

All the pieces of land in the village Nuci are going to undergo a price appreciation as the new Motorway from Bucharest to Brasov , which will be finished till 2012, will pas 4km from this place. By the motorway it is 24 km from Bucharest and the village will be accessed at km 20 and at km 25 of the Motorway (information received from the Municipality).

These facilities will bring a big potential for residential development as the landscape is very beautiful with small rivers, lakes and forests.    

Land belonging to the village Nuci is in the Metropolitan area, therefore the change from agricultural land into constructible is rather easy to do.  In this project Mrs. M. Necseru will be a coinvestor for 10-20% of the investment amount.
