The 7Ha constructible land is in the city of Bucharest . It used to be a machine construction plant. According to EU regulations, this plant has to be moved outside Bucharest . 

The plot is completely equipped and the Subway station is at a distance of 50m. Many busses are connecting this area to the very centre of the town and to other parts of Bucharest .

Price: EUR 450/sqm.

This is an offer which did not yet come out on the market. The owners are working out the documentation and if no serious potential client comes up, they are going to organize a tender for the sales of the plot.

As we know one of the main shareholders, we can have an insight before the deal will be open to the public. It is a very attractive deal and it will be sold rather quickly, as there are no longer such big plots available in Bucharest . The business case is as follows: The client buys the whole plot and we arrange that the best possible PUZ is obtained (in the area there are only big blocks of flats of 10 floors).

We make a plan for dividing the land into smaller plots which would be used for commercial and residential development. If smaller and with PUZ, the plots can sell for the double.
