Registering with ECO Treuhand (it is free of charge) . We introduced the Fiduciary Company into the investment process in order to insure you that the amounts paid are transferred to the account of your SPV. As soon as the SPV is created and all the contracts are signed (see step 3 till 6), ECO Treuhand will transfer the amount to the account of the SPV. The balance of 80% left of the invested amount can be paid directly to the account opened in between in the name of the SPV. Signing a Management Mandate

In order to create this single-purpose company, you should be present in Bucharest and sign the documents in front of the notary. This would be a very good occasion to see the business atmosphere in Romania and to get to know each other. Should you not be able to come to Bucharest , you can send me a certified Power of Attorney in order to be able to sign the documents for you. You can also appoint a third person who would be able to be present when signing the registration documents. This person should be in possession of a Power of Attorney certified in your country.
