Welcome to Leader Investment & Consulting SRL specializing in Investment Consultancy in Real Estate in Romania .

We have been active on the Romanian Real Estate Market for 4 years now and although we extended, redirected and improved our services, we never adapted this website to the more modern features which exist now. Therefore we have decided to give now a new form to the presentation of our activities.

I have been a Wealth Manager in Geneva for about 20 years. During my assignments for various banks who were researching the business opportunities in Eastern European countries, I realised the tremendous potential which existed there in the field of Real Estate.

Real estate is a separate and significant asset class — in addition to stocks, bonds and cash. It is an asset class that I believe investors should not ignore because it can help to diversify and anchor a well-balanced portfolio.

This land is already in "Intravilan agricol". The plot comes directly from the owners. Owners have already applied for upgrading it to "Intravilan Constructibil" (constructible land). It will take about 2-3 months. They have very good connections to the mayor who can arrange all for obtaining PUZ, PUD and construction permit. The policy of the municipality is not to allow in the region other than residential or rehabilitation/SPA developments. No industry, storage or similar will be permitted.
