Therefore we set the minimum investment amount to EUR 100'000.In investing through us, the smaller investor will not be obliged to buy a whole building or a flat in Romania. He will not be exposed to a long term investment abroad. He can use an investment with us like an investment in a fund, adding the amount he has at disposal to amounts from other investors who have the same goals.

Thus he will be able to participate in the sharply developing real estate market in Romania without being too much exposed, i.e. we reduce the risk of the investment in reducing the exposure in time.
