 Mrs. Michaela Necseru
Michaela Necseru is born in Romania in 1948 and accomplished her studies at the University of Bucharest. After an experience in Import Export business with Marubeni Corporation Japan she left Bucharest and took domicile first in Germany (Munich) and later in Switzerland (Geneva). She enlarged her financial knowledge in participating to different trainings with respect to wealth management as well as in accepting different assignments with well known banks and Financial Institutions. With Robeco Bank she was in charge of the English Desk and later on with RaboRobeco she managed EUR 314 MIO assets from German HNWI. She has almost 20 years work experience in the field of Wealth Management being employed between 2000 and 2004 by Sarasin Bank and by Handsal Asset Management.In April 2004, Mrs. M. Necseru created Leader Inv. & Consulting SA in Geneva. Along with her function as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mrs. Michaela Necseru is also in charge of marketing activities and is responsible for the financial aspects of the business at the same time.  Mr. Alain Beaugheon
Mr. Alain Beaugheon is our architect and associate and has his offices in Geneva. He has 30 years of experience in designing and building real estate projects in Switzerland, France and Spain (examples). He is born in 1948 in France and graduated from the University of Lyon. After having worked as Project chief with Pierre COME architects MULTIHOTELS-Promotion Company as well as Gautier/Naville architects in Geneva he was appointed as Architect Counsellor with the renowned company Dupin. Since 1986 he is working as an independent architect and realized about 100 villas, buildings and banks. For 3 years he was the architect of Mr. Edmond Safra (Private Bank Safra). We are confident that he will bring a fresh approach to design as compared with the existing architectural style in Romania, which will distinguish Leader Investment & Consulting SA from other Romanian companies. In addition, he will be in charge of supervising the project execution on site. Languages: French, English, Spanish and Italian
